Six frequent questions before purchasing
These answers support early communication. Final material, available documents, MOQ and lead time are subject to the agreed specification and formal quotation.
01How do I select a suitable material?
Share whether the need is covering, enclosure, separation or noise control, plus dimensions, fixing method, service period, climate and performance target. We can then discuss the appropriate PVC cover, fire-retardant, mesh-screening or acoustic-barrier direction.
02Can I request a sample first?
Available sample options can be discussed for the project. Please include the target colour, construction, test requirement and intended use so the sample is relevant to the proposed purchase.
03What can be customized?
Dimensions, colour, material weight, surface, cutting, welding, hems, eyelets, reinforcement, printing, labels and packing can be discussed; feasibility depends on the approved material and order conditions.
04How is lead time confirmed?
Lead time depends on approved specification, quantity, sample status, production schedule, packing and shipment. Include your purchasing milestone and destination in the inquiry for a useful quotation.
05How are quality and performance documents confirmed?
State flame-retardant, weathering, acoustic or other targets, together with required standards or documents. We discuss only public materials and actual documents that correspond to the approved material.
06Can you support export logistics?
Destination, transport, packing, labels, loading and required export materials can be coordinated at order stage. Documents and dispatch are subject to the order, destination rules and available scope.
